URLRay collects the website URL you submit, generated scan/report data, and limited technical request metadata needed for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability. If you create an account, we store your email address and encrypted password.
How We Use Data
We use this data to run scans, deliver preview and paid reports, enforce access controls, and maintain platform security and performance.
What We Do Not Collect
URLRay does not ask for your CMS admin password to run standard scans. We scan publicly accessible website content unless you choose to provide additional integrations in the future.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. URLRay does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or raw payment credentials.
Data Retention
Scan data is retained to support report access, sharing, and product functionality. We may delete older non-paid scans as part of storage and performance controls.
Cookies
URLRay uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
