Service Scope
URLRay provides automated website audit reports for informational guidance. Results are not a legal opinion, compliance certification, penetration test, or guarantee of vulnerability absence.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to scan submitted websites and for reviewing recommendations before applying them to production systems.
Billing
Paid reports are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Billing is handled by Stripe, and access to paid report content is enforced server-side after successful payment confirmation.
Refunds
One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the scanning service (e.g., automated bulk scanning, scanning sites you don’t own without authorization).
Availability
URLRay aims for high reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, improved, or removed as the platform evolves.
Limitation of Liability
URLRay is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, URLRay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
